Ditto on the short forecastle version! Are there any alternative decal sets for (especially) Canadian Corvettes? I contacted Bob Pearson but his sets are long OOP and he apparently seems to not have plans to produce more.

I don't know what their future plans are. All three releases so far are British Royal Navy, and seeing how there were nearly as many serving with the Royal Canadian Navy I would think that they would certainly be fair game. I'm not really sure what their strategy is for selecting ships of this class to create in kit form. I would think that it would be reasonable for them to create a few kits representing the major variations with optional parts and decals to create a variety of different vessels from these kits. I really don't know what their operation is like, so I can't really speak to it.

Honestly, a short foc'sle version requires a new hull and new decks. That means a complete new kit. I think a Canadian version would be easier to do.

Good news! I'm tempted.

On another note, is there an English version of their homepage/webshop? I'd be interested in ordering several of their kits but unfortunately don't read Polish... Or does anyone know a good retailer that keeps most of their kits in stock?

Cheers!
Stefan

I know as soon as I start cutting down one of their hulls to make a short forecastle version, Mirage is sure to announce one!

Not that I know of Stefan. The only English on their sight is under the contact tab on the far right, which will show you their contact information in English once you click on it.

You know that's how it works Biggles

Hi Stefan,

WEM carries the kits they also have PE for the kit.

I carry them, but the postage to Switzerland would be almost as much as the kit.
