I just picked up Tamiya Fletcher. Does anyone know of an set for the kit provides the wire barrier that go on the side of the ship?

Have you tried White Ensign Models site? They have a set by of etched metal by GMM for 1/700 US destroyers/cruisers and several sets of general railings, ladders etc.

If you click the brochure and then the link for WEM 1/700 etched parts, or other manufacturers' products, many in the list have pictures to see if it what you are looking for. They are really good at sending stuff out quickly and don't charge p&p on etched sets.
