Thanks guys.... Just today I tore up the entire sea and re-did it as it just wasn't up to snuff IMO.   I re-submitted the images, so we'll see if they get featured! 
When the PE sticks to my tweezers during placement, I die a little inside.

Absolutely believable work!
Watch the fingers ... too much exposure to the sea and you could get frostbite!

Very nice Chris.Your next step would be to add some built up ice on the ship but thats a bit tricky.I have an idea into my head how to achieve this but it has to be a large scale or it would look like the coming of the next Ice age...

Thanks K...yes ice buildup.  It would have to be done just right or it would look awful.  Hm, I'll mull this over.

I love this, it's beautifully done and I look forward to the additional pics. I have an opinion about the ice build up on the ship itself. It's very possible and even likely the the air is far warmer than the sea and therefore ice in the water doesn't necessarily mean ice on the ship. It could be a realtively warm sunny day and there's no ice on the ship but broken up floes in the sae because it's that much colder. Great work but I think ice build up on the ship might detract. My 2 cents.....
