Hello guys hoping you can help...... I currently have both type VII kits in my stash in 1/72 scale.. I am looking at purchasing the Blue Ridge pressure hull parts for both boats.... Are there any issues in using these parts for the type VIIc/40... secondly who makes the best and accurate photo etch for the deck ..... thanks in advance

Hello Stephen,
I know that the Blue Ridge pressure hull is ex Yankee Model Works.
It is nicely done but has some minor fit issues, some filing
will get it to sit right.
Also check out this build. Fellow modeler discusses in depth
what is available and by whom.
Hope this helps.

I have the Yankee Modelworks pressure hull that I'm not going to use. There is a small crack/chip where the forward deck hatch is located. Outside of that, it looks in fine condition. It's yours if you want it. If interested, we can work something out as regards to the shipping. Thanks. Alex

Ahoy Guys
I know its possibly a silly question but is the Blue Ridge pressure hull still available for sale?
Is it now out of production?
Cheers
