Great work, she almost looks sad battered by the waves and stained with rust. Your composition is great, I cant wait till she gets back to safer waters.

I made the water with air-drying sculptor's clay - just to see. Once, and never again! As it dryed it cracked and pulled away from the ship's hull - taking some paint with it! I re-assembled the broken pieces with lots of CA, and stuffed all the gaps and cracks with more clay. After painting I layered a lot of clear acrylic paste topped off with Humbrol clear.
