Nelson didn't have 40mm's until after her January 1945 refit in Philly.

Oh no.. another unbuildable Trumpeter kit... sigh...
Oh wait a second, the 40mm were installed during a refit that lasted from Jun 1944 to Jan 1945 when she returned to England. Looks like it may be buildable after all.

Looking at the overstated hull plating it sure looks like another unbuildable kit from Trumpy-I'm with you Warren... Sigh
& considering the asking price at this scale I'd sure as heck not be wanting to spend hour upon hour sanding them down
A1/350 scale is being released by Trumpy for us mere mortals, so it will be interesting to see the reviews before purchasing one!

There we go!!!
Whatever the reviews will be like, Trumpy can already build one each of the 1/350s for me nothing can be that bad that you can't fix it with aftermarket stuff and some scratch and creativity!
Now it's all about waiting...
