Coming this month, Kagero's latest 3D publication is of the
USS North Carolina. Lead ship of North Carolina-class battleships and the fourth warship in the U.S. Navy to be named in honor of the State of North Carolina.

I've heard this wasn't Kagero's best effort. Does anybody know if this is just a reprint or is it a new edition?
