Apparently this kit is available from vendors in the Ukraine. I just purchased a kit from an Ebay store based in Ukraine for $21.95 (US) including shipping. I'll do a review of the kit as soon as I get it.

From images from the ebay site (which look like the same format Micro-Mir uses for those kits they list on their site) the entire kit is molded in clear plastic except for small part of what appear to be shafts, pipes and other similar parts and there is no interior. But with a clear hull, it certainly entertains the possibility for scratch-building one.

As a submarine 'enthusiast' I had to get one of these kit, especially considering the price.
