RB Productions
1/350 L.E. Roisin (P51) Irish Naval Service OPV

Gold Winner in its class at SCALEMODELWORLD 2015

A multi Media kit which includes resin, Photo-Etch and Brass.
This kits was CAD designed with exact scale drawings of the real ship.
The Master cast was then produced using a 3D Laser cut design printer before being carefully cleaned up and produced in resin before production.

The Brass photo-etch is one of the most detailed I've ever seen. The steel photo etch railings are also nearly indestructible!
Added to this are beautifully detailed turned brass barrels included for the weapon systems.

There was very little cleaning at all with the kit. Everything fit perfectly into place. The decals are just fantastic and so easy to use too.

I built this kit in four weeks as I was trying to have it ready for Telford.
However I recommend taking your time with it as the engineering is quite complex if not breathtaking!

The kit was a total joy to build, probably the most finely produced and detailed kit I have ever built. Having built a number of 1/350 kits, I'm yet to discover as much a producer who could come even a close second to this detail! I highly recommend this kit, you will not be disappointed.

I really hope RB Productions might consider producing more ships like this. Perhaps even L.E Eithne in the near future.
