Hi sea dwellers. As a mere stranger to the surface crafts and even a further alien to cruise ships I need some help. I have a close pal who used to work in New Holland Line (not on board, desk guy) and he mentioned he used to like the ships so I thought I could build him a model of one of the cruise ships of the company for his birthday but I have no idea if they exist. I have a small scale model in my mind, 1/700 at largest. I saw some kits in 1/1200 from Revell but I couldn't find a NHL ome. Can anybody throw me a life saver here? Thanks.

Sorry sorry, my bad. I think the correct name of the company is Holland America Line...it is tiring to be stupid sometimes...

I don't know of anything specific for that cruise line, however, Revell of Germany makes a 1/400 cruise ship based on the AIDA Cruise Line. I don't know how mauch modification would be necessary to meet your needs, but here is a link to Squadron for the kit:
