On the HMS Spartan? Dunno, ask the Special Boat Services, though I'm sure they won't tell you! You can probably guess similar operation as to the US NavY SEALs.

I'm now selling 1/350 scale SSN/SSBN screws (propellers to the landlubbers)...I'm selling these on eBay as these are below the minimum cross section Shapeways will print. So I'm printing them at home and putting them up on eBay. I have a series of LA 688 class SSN screws (4 varieties in a set), and a 2-screw Ohio class set.

One might think, why a Type 212, there are certainly more pressing subjects. Indeed there are...Sturgeons, Skipjacks, Permits, Oscars, Deltas, etc...And I'm working on all of those. However, this was a case where injection molded plastic simply couldn't create the detail in the case of the really interesting vortex attenuator detail on the Type 212's screw boss trailing edge. So I wanted to see if it could be done in RP, and here's the result. Also did the more mundane Batch 1 6-blade screw too:
