A few months ago, l'Arsenal had 1/144 Oerlikons in their catalogue. I was just looking for them and they've disappeared! What's up with that! Fletcher needs them, and Snowberry eventually will, too. Is there any other source for 1/144 Oerlikons? (And maybe a 1/144 twin Bofor?)

Also, WEM makes one...White metal. I suppose check Shapeways for alternatives...I took a quick look but there are tons of listing 1/96 on up...could be something in your scale.

When you follow that l'Arsenal link it says, "l'article demande est indisponible, discontinue, ou non publie", which means you're SOL (the item wanted is unavailable, discontinued, or not made). I really dislike white metal castings ( the gun barrels usually arrive looking like a pretzel) but I did find some here: http://www.shapeways.com/shops/3dboats. I'm not a big fan of Shapeways any more, but what're ya gonna do? The guy also makes twin and quad bofors, among many other things.

Just heard from l'Arsenal. Their oerlikons are temporarily unavailable because of a shortage of the turned barrels. Everything should be back to normal shortly.
