Sorry, I am wrong as it is the Trumpeter kit that has a stand that is like in the Dragon Models kit of the Essex and not the usual stand included with Trumpeter kits .

Do you remember the old MPC models from the 1970s-80s? They were reboxed Airfix kits, but on the box side they said "Licensed by Airfix" so you knew what you were getting. Reboxed model kits are fine, bit I wish model companies would be more forthcoming about the origin of these molds!
