Hi everybody,
First post in a couple of years, and on a new account because I forgot the information to my old one.
So I just started building Bluejacket Shipcrafter's 1/196 USS Samuel B. Roberts, the John C. Butler class destroyer escort.
Is anyone interested in watching a build log, despite the kit not being a plastic kit? If so, I'll create one. It's been fun, and a learning experience so far.
Cheers,
Andrew

Hi Andrew,
Yes, I'd be interested, even though I usually build in plastic myself. Go for it!

Yeah, this would be very interesting to watch. I don't think I've seen any modern day (naval) vessels made in a wooden kit. So let's get going!!

I designed that kit, so I'll be following this. Be happy to answer any questions you might have as you build.

Hello again everyone,
Thanks for your interest, I'll be starting a build log over in the Ships by Class forum.
Al, I'm pleased that you'll be watching...no pressure! Ha!
Check back tonight for a first update.
Cheers,
Andrew
