Fujimi has released FUJ40131, a tiny version of the Kure Naval Port in 1/3000 scale.

This is an interesting concept. Something grander in scale than single ship models but small enough to fit on a shelf. At a price that doesn't break the bank. I wonder if there is any chance they would do a Pearl Harbor kit, especially since we are close to the 75th anniversary of the attack.

Bandai has a full line of 1/2000 scale ships so this might be an attempt to break into that market. Of course the line included Space Battleship Yamato shops too.
