I wish I had taken a photo of my ships when I unpacked their box. The models had been securely packed, enough so that they were undamaged after being twice moved, over 3,200 miles. The third move was 500 miles; despite the box having "This end up" stickers and "fragile" all over it, I found it on its side.

Tama was still firmly glued to the base but three destroyers has come loose and two set diagonally across Tama. All the stretched sprue rigging and some masts were broken. Here's Tama after repairs and below it is Tama shortly after assembly.








Curious that models are more difficult to fix than to build.
