It's a beautiful model. but your sails are all wrong.  You have the foremast square yards square with the centerline, and they only would be that way running with the wind dead astern.  The Foremast staysails are set with the wind coming from the starboard (right) side and the gaff sails on the main and mizzen masts are set with the wind coming from the port (left) side.   I sail, so things like that just jump out at me. 
Thanks! But I used photos of the ship when she was trapped in the ice and they had the sails set this way for some reason. The square sails on the foremast are set at an angle, harder to see in the photos I admit. But if I can drum up the photos I will post them here, they're on my hard drive. 
I don't sail, so that's why I used photos of the real thing on the ice to guide me. In the books I've read, they'd set sails whenever they had an inkling the pack would break up so my photos must be from those times. 
Also, there is a little bit of leeway because of the way I had to install the sails because of the funnel, etc. Perfection wasn't possible. Sorry.
