Allied Coastal Forces of WW2 by Lambert & Ross - vol 1, I think. Or you can buy the actual plans from John Lambert. He's a nice chap and very knowledgeable on this and other naval subjects.

Sadly, John crossed the bar last year, so I'm not sure you can still get his plans.
