GMM's PE set includes turnbuckles for the kingpost shrouds...but has anyone figured out a way to actually use them? Also, what seems to work best for the running rigging, i.e., cargo whips, topping lifts, etc.?

Hi Doug,
I'd listen to Russ, he really knows his Liberty ships!
I haven't used the GMM turnbuckles myself, but North Star also makes some that look really good. They are super simple to apply, too - just glue them over the ends of lines and you're good to go.
