Query: does Dragon's 1/700 USS Ticonderoga kit have for its helicopter a Seasprite or a Seahawk? I want to know because I plan on purchasing one if it's has a Seasprite. Thanks.

The USS Normandy rebox only has a Seahawk. I'm pretty sure those were the same sprues as the their other Ticonderoga ships.

As far as I can remember, the FFG-7's were the last ship class to go out with LAMPS 2's. The US sold a couple surplus Perrys to Poland and they just completed conversion training on SH-2G's for them a few months ago. You might check , it seems like Dragon/ DML had a couple Perry's out a few years back. If they have 1 or 2 with it, you might swipe them, but that would leave you with a Fig without a Helo. A Perry can land a SeaHawk, but the hanger isn't big enough to push it in out of the rain

The Perry class also comes with a Seahawk.

Check with White Ensign Models in their 1/700 aircraft line. They may have a pack of LAMPS 2's
