I second that. Hopefully Simon will just start posting pics of the 5 ships he has completed since the last update.

Hi Guys,
Thank you for your concern.
Apologies for the absence, nothing wrong, just too much work, including a fair bit of travelling, so very little time get in online, or in the workshop. I can't give you five new ships, or even any progress on Kagero or Warspite, well not much I think. Danton I afraid was a victim of a rodent raid on fitting out berths, and ended up on the floor.
What time I have had has been used to finish off some wingy thingies from the grey pile of shame for the Fleet Air Arm S.I.G. At Scalemodelworld at Telford. had a call from a fellow modeller after one of their biggest contributors' couldn't make it.
Hopefully will have more time to look in, and after I have finished that job actually get on with some ships, most importantly I am going to catch up with what you guys have been up to over the weekend.
Cheers
Si

Glad to hear you're well Si! That work thing always puts a crimp on the modeling thing! Best of luck getting back to the docks to work on the floaty stuff! I assume you'll be attending the show...please let us know how it goes...and any pics if you can swing it!

Hi Todd,
Thanks Mate, I will be attending the show, and it is my plan to slip a camera in my pocket, so with a bit of luck, will bring back some pics of the ships.
Should be back in the shipyard when I get back from that gig, having a quick look through the forums I have a lot to catch up on.
Cheers

Thanks Todd,
will do my best, although there is a fair chance of a sizable port on "what the tide washed up"
Thanks Joe,
It has made a nice change working on the things with wings, and finishing them. (I will admit the Hellcat Mk1 was started several years ago, and has been glowering at me from the shelf of shame)
I Will do my best to enjoy Telford, and bring some pics back.
Cheers

Hi Si,
great to see you back here, mate!! You have been missed!! Your sudden and rather long absence made me worry, too - so it's great to hear that everything is fine.
- I am pretty quiet these days, as well. Next update on HMS Hood is several weeks away, but moving is progressing smooth and with some luck I could be working on the model shipyard (the yard itself, setting it up again, not the Hood yet) over the next weekend.
So I fully understand all of your real life issues that take away from MSW! And fine wingy things, by the way!!
Cheers,
Jan

Hi Jan,
Sorry mate, did not mean to cause worry, or be absent for so long, time just sort of got away, especially when I got hung up on the wingy thingies.
You have made some great progress on the Hood, she is coming splendidly.
Intend to get back to Warspite and Kagero, and a couple of new projects after Telford.
Good luck with setting up the shipyard.
Cheers

Good to be back Russ,
Apologies for any worry caused, have enjoyed the sojurn on the wingy side, but now with just the Firefly to finish getting ready for a return to shipbuilding.
Will try to remember to stick a camera, charged in my pocket, and get some pics of Telford.
Cheers
