I just had the Idea for a campaign, Though Its probably been done before, buuuut: East Vs West: Cold war, I figure The builds could be anything from between 1946 to the fall of the Berlin wall in 1989.
It could be ships, planes, Dioramas (Diorama's would be a neat thing to see.)ect.

Typical rules would apply, would need a starting picture, and a finished picture, ect.

If it was at least Built and tested in those years, personally I would accept it. It would also be acceptable for what if's in terms of if the cold war had gone hot. But I would keep it realistic (realistic as possible anyway).

This sounds intriguing. For clarification, are actual conflicts in the time period included? Korea and Vietnam both come to mind immediately. Also other conflicts during this time, e.g. Mid-east, Africa. Or are we looking at just NATO vs Warsaw Pact/China. I'm in either way, I'm just trying to decide what to buy/build.

Korea, Vietnam, Soviet invasion of Afghanistan, six day war, Yom Kippur war, Ect. Any war or conflict that happened from 1947 (when I believe the cold war really started) to the Day the Hammer and sickle was last lowered over the Kremlin, (December 25th 1991,or the fall of the Berlin wall on November 9th 1989, would be up to you all.)

I personally think it should be any conflict that was supported by one or the other superpower. Either directly or indirectly, and these conflicts should be the main focus. But Im not averse to wars that at least happened in that broad time frame.
