Here is the first photo of a Flagman model I've recently started. It will be completed as U-123.
I hope to post more soon.

Looking good so far, Marco. Those German Type IX were, in my opinion, the most graceful and attractive of the World War II U-Boat designs. And at 1/350 scale this little boat will be a manageable build, too!

After a long period away from the workbench, this model returned to get some care and attention
All plastic parts are assembled and I have replaced some the masts and gun barrels with items made from hypodermic needles of different diameters. I am presently halfway with the application of the photo-etched parts.
I hope to post more soon.
Cheers

Here are a few photos of the little progress done in the last weeks.
All pe parts were attached to the model. I believe that Flagman also releases the same kit without the pe parts, but these add a lot to the look of the model.
Here the model after a coat of red oxide primmer (Vallejo Polyurethane primmer).
To conclude this update, here is the completed display base with the model (with hull red color applied).
I hope to post more soon.
Cheers

Nice paint work. Are you going to add rigging?

I agree, very nice paint work - although I did enjoy the all-red version earlier!
