Can you use dragon Tankers or no if so what set would be good.

Dragon does have a Naval figure set, but I am not sure if the uniforms were similar although they should be easier to alter than a Wehrmacht figure. I've been considering getting it for my 23.

This Pz crew set by Mini Art are wearing captured Italian leather submarine crew uniforms. Stocks of them were looted by SS in 1943 after the Italian surrender to Allies.
