Can someone help me I have found the Heller kits for 20 bucks but I have the Hasegawa kit.

The old Heller 1/400 Tirpitz is nothing to write home about, but it is IMHO quite a bit better than the equally old Hasegawa 1/450 scale rendition. Unless you've already invested work on the Hasegawa, I'd take the (very good) $20 deal and build the Heller kit.
