There is a bunch of German WW II mini/micro-subs by MicroMir
and one or two from Bronco or HobbyBoss.
This link is a search-result on a German vendors web-site:
https://www.modellbau-koenig.de/Schiffe/Schiffsmodelle-groesser-als-1-350/Deutsch?Page=1&Items=24&Filter={%221%22:[6],%22category%22:[210]}&view=list
and shows German naval subjects in 1/35th scale
In this search result you will also find the Nunley and the Turtle (MicroMir)
https://www.modellbau-koenig.de/Schiffe/Schiffsmodelle-groesser-als-1-350/sonstige?Page=1&Items=24&Filter={%221%22:[6],%22category%22:[216]}&view=list
MBK might not be the easiest vendor for you but I used their website since it provided an easy overview.
Godd luck hunting those kits down
