ok, so finally tonight I got to sit down and work on my destroyer for a few hours. The painting of the hull is finally done. That takes a long time with our an airbrush becuase it often takes a few laers to get it all right. The deck is instlled and painted with some of the bridge put on. So far it has been a great build, and I should have some pictures up for tomorrow.

Please post some pics of your DDG. I'd like to see how you are dealing with Panda's kits. I shelfed the one I got because for me it doesn't do the Ships justice, and it's missing several key fittings. I'll be buying the resin BWN kit when I get back to the states along with my cruise books and doing the those wonderful tin cans right! STUG

Really, I found the kit to be pretty good. Granted, I do not know much of anything about the ship so I could not tell you of any inaccuracys. Still though, It is a pretty good quality model for 20 bucks and comes with some photo etch. As for my build, well I screwed up on some of the painting, so I am gonna have to figure out a way to remove some paint and clean up the hull. So if anyone here has any tips for removing acrylic paint, don't hesitate to tell me before i screw up even further.
