I don’t have any spare but you can get them from Black Cat these are 3D printed and very good. I have a few of their products.

I believe Freetime hobbies stock them in the US.

Just bought them The price was really good it was $10 for ten dual orlys and I also bought a correct set of quad bofors the ones I bought before did not come with Mk.63 gun sights.
