Trying to drum up some interest. Sees like there is a big opportunity for ships in this one.

So we have a campaign chartered over on Aeroscale. Why don't you sail over to those waters and see if you'd like to sign up. One person already said they were going to do the Vittorio Veneto. Seems like the Royal Navy should make an appearance too?

I would be interested but what are the criteria when it comes to ships? Ships that escorted the Malta Convoys? Ships that docked in Malta? Ships that fought in actions around Malta?

It's pretty open. Any of those I would say "yes" to.

Just to confirm, would ships present at the Battle of Calabria or Cape Matapan count?

While neither of those battles were strictly part of the Siege of Malta, I imagine ships on both sides at about the same time were involved in operations around the siege of Malta?

Aha...
If the Battle of Calibria and Matapan are allowed that allows me to bring in an Italian ship.
If not I have spent the last hour or so delving into Naval operations around the Siege of Malta and I did find one that would allow me to bring in a RN destroyer.

There were a lot of convoy runs to Malta escorted by what looks like a lot of the Royal Navy. USS Wasp and a couple of her destroyers (US) were on a couple of those.
There's a lot of detail on Operation Pedestal on this site:
