OK i'm new to the group but old when it comes to building models.
Built many model ships/boats tanks etc but never built an ocean. Have aquired 1:350 enterprise and I an toying with the idea of having it at sea as in a diorams but
What is the best way of creating a water base to have the hull on.
ANY HELP GREATFULLY RECEIVED.

First of all, Matty, Welcome to the best site on the net! I'm sure you'll find any & all answers you need here, the members are knowledgeable, experienced, and above all helpful! Don't be afraid to offer any advice you may have, all comments are appreciated.
As to your question- ask 5 modelers and you'll get 10 answers. Your best bet at this point (IMO) is to go to the bottom of the screen, click the search function, enter "water" and click title radio button. Once you've read up on all of the previous posts on this subject, you can ask more focused questions, and even direct them to certain of our pros. Happy Modeling!
