This pic is from Roadkill's IPMS Holland show gallery. Does anyone know what it is? I may want to model it some day because it's one of the more bizarre warships I've seen.

It's either and LPD or an LSD but I'm nor sure of the class? Or the manufacturer of the model for that matter?
