Hi all you Salty Dogs, Does anyone know how much Mig's Soviet armored motorboat goes for ?
I currently have A.A.'s VIIC with full quayside and Azimut's Schnell Boat in 1/35th. This is a must have for my collection, but I need to know how much of a mortgage I'll have to apply for.
Thanks in advance - Cheyenne

It does not go for anything yet It has not been even announced on their website yet, so the price is unknown. Currently the only information about this future product is on PMMI website.

Robert, I really hope Mig's gunboat isn't that much.
If it is, what I was sporting after seeing that boat just turned into a jump into a cooold swimming pool.
Jim, I know how you feel, after seeing that on Perth - I just gotta have one, and if priced enough two !! - Cheyenne

I agree Cheyenne, hopefully it will be considerably less, however the G5 is a sleek looking boat considering it's age.

Robert it reminds me of a " cigarette " speed boat. Not into gas sucking wine & cheese babe lures myself. I'm a fisherman and have a fishing boat. - Cheyenne

Thanks Jiri, it beats 499. for the Tupolev.
Looks like more overtime at work and practicing my begging skills. I've seen my kids do it a thousand times and most of the time it works l.o.l. - Cheyenne

Hi Guys,

I have also posted a full review of the kit;
http://www.perthmilitarymodelling.com/reviews/vehicles/mig/mig_bk1125.htm

The projected price will be around the 380 Euros but this is to be confirmed.

An impressive piece (or pieces) of resin.

Cheers

When I saw it on Perth this morning, I said to myself this one ship I would not miss. After reading Moose posting, my hopes of getting this ship sank immediately. Is there an alternative - plastic injection kit?

Shop carefully. I've seen it for as much as $625 from VLS. But its on Ebay for less. Thing is - the hull and cabin are easy enough to make out of sheet styrene. All you need to do then is buy the turrets, which are very easy to find. You could probably do the whole thing for well under $100!
