Hello all;
How do you make welds on plate , like what's on a ship hull ?
This needs to 1/35 scale. Putty ? sprue ?

That's an excellent article, I just learned a lot from it myself. I've made putty welds in 1:72 recently - masked out a thin strip, added some Squadron green putty, roughed up with a knife blade (both for the "bumpy" bits and to vary width). Works well in 1:72 because the welds are so small.
