She is finished with all the sails and a few details added, cannons rigged extra rat lines added to the second level and 2 staircases added to the bow, one of the most enjoyable builds i have done in years. I am reasonable happy with the results, any and all comments welcome, i will be posting more pics of this ship on my website this weekend. Well Henk i took your advice and added the almost finished pic with the rigging so people can compaire enjoy i shore did.

Beautiful, you should be proud of this wonderful ship RV. If ever a model warranted the expense of a display case, this is one..
And for those who have not seen this before, I think you should add one of the pic's in your gallery that show the completed rigging without the sails. Maybe pic's like that should come with an age classification? :-) .
I'll leave it at this, and go back to have another look at the pic's..

Cheers
Henk

p.s.
I'm impressed with the speed with which you build this. I do hope you caught the bug and will do another wooden ship in the future.

Thanks for the kind words Henk just for a little while she is sitting on top of my TV so can see her all the time at least till i can get a case for her. I think the total working time was about a month and a half, I will be starting another ship very soon, this ship is about 16 inches long the next will be about double the size from 27 to 32 inches and a double plank on bulkhead kit so i can fill up that empty wall space above my TV.

Way to go RV! Especially for a first attempt! The 'Bounty' that I showed was my third try at a wooden ship, and I reckon you've got it beat hands down!
