Hello all, It has been more than a few months since I last posted what little progress I had done on this beast. I had moved into a rental house in August of this year and didn't have a whole lot of room to work on it. I decided over the last week or so that I could at least work on the conning tower. In that time, this is the work I have gotten accomplished.
* PE Decking added
* Scratchbuilt railing as the kit pieces would not accept any and all types of glue. It is made of some funky type of metal that refuses to be glued. The railing and all supports are styrene rod.
* All of the pedestals have been detailed with their grab handles/rails
* 20mm/37mm upper deck gun constructed (Not sure on the caliber)
* All the masts/ periscopes are complete
* Access hatch built and installed
* All of the ladders and additonal railings added from styrene as well

No pics as yet, but I will get them up over the next couple of days. Just thought I would share my progress with you all. Thanks. "Q"
