Some pics of a couple u-boat towers I'm working on, U-302 and U-253.

U-302 is waiting for a gloss coat and I can start weathering her.

U-253 is still in progress.

Both have some scratchbuilding and the kits, WEM, Eduard & Modelbrass.

Love the towers! The open hatch with fantastic detail is great, esp. the brass/copper wire rail! Really cool to see such detail and progress!

I was hoping to construct a ladder down the hatch. May still do that once I learn to soder.

Where is everyone? Seems like no one is on the forums. Maybe it's the holidays.
