Is the detail fine enough for this scale, and would it be easy to open up all the venting holes around the hull?

Hi ricohdvdr6
From what I have seen it is a good model - good detail, accurate.
For you to open all flood holes you will have to make a screen so that it won't see thru.

Would anything benefit from photoetched parts? I haven't seen railings on this sub in photos.
