Hi Darren

First things first, so...
Welcome Aboard Warships at Armorama

As to your question and the Navy Blue conversion to Tamiya acrilyc colours I have to check it, but my guess is there isn't.

Also have to check if there's any D-Day LCM(3) in Navy Blue

Yes, as Skip says welcome over to the wet side.

You say this is for a Dragon LCM? Dragon normally gives several paint color brands, including Testors, I think. What colors do they list? There are some cross reference charts online that might help you get the right Tamiya color.

Hi Rodger the colours that Dragon list are H32 and H23 are there any (if at all) Tamiya equivalents to these colours?

It sometimes takes some digging to come up with the closest match. The problem with Tamiya colors is there they have a relatively few colors, so there isn't always a match. Using the link Mark put up you can find that Gunze H31 is like Humbrol 90 which is like Tamiya XF-21. The match for Gunze H32 is Humbrol 67 and the only one like that color is Revell 78.

Are there any other colors listed in the instructions besides those two Gunze colors?

Dragon's colour guide states only:

- Gunze Sangyo Aqueous Hobby Colour
- Gunze Sangyo Mr.Colour
- ModelMaster

I have an article by Steven Zaloga in Military Modelling, where he modelled an LCM 3, where he mentions Measure 21 which was 5N Navy Blue and 20B Deck Blue, but I can't find any matches for these colours that's why i'm asking you guys all these questions!
