Although we are deeply involved in other Warship Campaigns (fortunatly!!!) Dive! Dive! Dive! 2 starts today!
So... have you got plans of what you're going to build?
I am not certain of what is going to be - just a question of checking the stack and make a pick!!!

Just decided to join in. I have the zvezda oriol missile boat. Not a lot of parts-look for finished photos next week-probably

If the Revell gato comes out before the campaign ends I may have to do that one as well!

Rui, my friend, I haven't had a chance yet to even think about an entry for this one, mate! So much going on here at ARMORAMA!...I've got some ideas, and a couple kits in mind though...Svezdza, more than likley...but I'll be thinking about it much more intently now that yet ANOTHER Warship campaign is steaming ahead! (Isn't it great!?!)

Ahoy Skipper
Permission to come aboard

This will be my first water type model thing...
Although the kit isnt the best, my build will be the USS Lionfish.. It will be OOTB, warts and all... I picked it up for a few bucks at a hobby shop that was selling out...

I'm new to this campaign build idea and am really looking forward to participating. I've got two definites and one possible on my list. I want to do a Lionfish conversion, probably to USS Jack as she was when Adm. Dykers commanded her and I also just picked up a Nichimo Type IXC that I'd like to build as U-505, ultimately as part of a diorama depicting the current display at Chicago's Museum of Science and Industry. Finally, I've got an old Viking Trieste II that I've been meaning to tackle. Great motivation to have others building along with you, thanks for putting it together.

I am currently working on an ICM 1/144 XXIII, I am almost done with a tiny 1/700 Alfa sub and I have a Revell 1/144 XXI as well as the 1/72 VIIC for the campaign. Plenty of work.

The old Aurora kit, one of my favorite submarine models. When I was a teenager, I built the Monogram reissue, filled the bottom hull with clay. Then I painted it with a nice cear gloss coat. I used to toss it in the pool and that thing shot through the water like a bullet through air. I did the same thing with the Monogram reissue of the IJN I-19 sub, but it did not travel nearly as fast as the Skipjack.I'll be doing the Revelle Skipjack.

Hi Guys
Some good entries, some ambitious projects and most of us with other Campaigns on hand!!!
and most of us with other Campaigns on hand!!!
Since my last entries are 1/700 (Oh My God - I am starting to get me into a big NO-NO area!!!!) I am going to make a I-400 IJN submarine (maybe I-400 and I-401 while being inspected by US Naval Officers)
But first must end Dreadnoughts and Flattops
