Gentlemen your help please,
scale measurements and drawings of the "underwater chariots" during world war two especialy that of the Italian underwater attack teams at Gibraltar,....did have much imfo but u know how computers can be when in a bad mood...
Do have a little imfo left on the equipiment wore by the Italian frogmen but more would be very much appreciated......especialy from the back...
As my printer is still shot,......it would be most helpful if any pictures could be posted here,.. as I can then draw my own pictures from them...

hope you can help me..Phil..( auburn )..

Hello, mate!
Welcome to Model Shipwrights!
It's always a pleasure to see a new name and face in the waters, and I'm sure that you'll find that there isn't a friendlier bunch of blokes anywhere!

As for your question, my friend, the best person that you need to get hold of for scale drawings and plans just happens to be a regular face here, and his name is Al Ross, who owns and operates Coastal Forces Plans, and you can see his website right HERE!

Morning Mark,...
thanks cobber for the feed back, will enjoy following it through,,mate dont know about a new face, when I see the old reflection at times I think I could do with a new one...
I should say that my big love is sculpting figures, but this is a subject that has been in my mind for years, the figures will scale at 120mm, so the chariot will work out a good size to look at... It is my intention to set the subject surfaced in a moderate swell, painted in such a way to represent night ,but caught in the edge of a search light....Its only my opinion but I like to have the completed picture in my mind before I start, its just me......
After my request I the found Rui 's pictures bad habit of not reading the front page.....

greatly appreciate the help.. Phil..

Sounds like a great project, Phil, and I do hope that you keep us updated on the progress. . .personally, I model all genre's (leaning heavily toward the salty side, though! ), and I enjoy seeing all sublect types of models!

No problemo, mate, sometimes the answer to our query is right at our fingertips, and we don't even know it! . . .

Keep modeling!
