I have strange need, to scrach build a ship in 1/96 scale from wood and metal, so i need A blueprint,
Any one know, where i can buy that stuff? or does any one from this forum have this stuff for sale?

Thinking about full hull ship, destroyer/cruiser, WWII, US navy or IJN stuff,
When I was yunger, I have build, some ships that way ( speed boats on RC control ). but nothing fancy.

For some time im looking for blueprints for royal navy of Jugoslavia pre WWII destroyer Ljubljana / Lubiana class Beograde / Sebenico , but still no luck

Tomaz,
Try dropping the National Maritime Museum in Greenwich, London an E:mail.
They have LOADS of plans. got a few back in the late 80's early 90's all in 1/48 scale (Kind of large drawings for a Dido class cruiser :-)

You'll find hundreds of US ship plans there.

I have been looking throu floatingdrydock page and found Porter class destroyer DD357 Selfridge!

Does any one have expirience with those blueprints? Does it have Hull cross sections? ( that is almost most important thing )

Hello Jean-Bernard!

This site was an incredible surprise! Full of plans of those extraordinary late 1800- french warships, and without any costs!! I was hooked at a once. And I have started to learn French too...
Thanks A Lot!!

Now, do You have any information about late 1800 and early 1900 Frech navy colours? I tried to Googletting, but did'nt find anything useful.

Hi Ville!
I also think these plans are one of the best web-surprises of the year, it should turn some people to the French navy, even though it was a bit "underused" at this time of history
Consult your MSW mails in a few minutes as i might have stuff that will interest you concerning colours. this is not a lot, but i think around this time all ships wore the same colours -i noticed at least the british and russian navies seemed to bear the same colours.
Vive la Finlande! half of the music i have been listening to these last 2 years came from your country
