Hi all,

Just a couple of shots to show that work has started on converting the GHG/Sonar gondola, I had completed the one when I noticed that I had in fact been working to photocopies of the scale drawings of the boat during WWII service, Oh well it happens.

OOPS!
Not good, mate, but fixable, eh?
Pete, I'm still working on some color references for you...I'm going to publish a query in next months Sharkhunters magazine, which just might bring us some great results...can you wait?

Thanks, Pete!
Just trying to help out a mate. . .you see, this would have been so much easier a few short months ago, a pen pal of mine, a man by the name of Otto Kretschmer (yes, the one and only), was ComSub when these subs were commissioned, and he would have been a wealth of information, but alas, he has passed, and knowledge such as this has gone with him. . .but I have a feeling that we may be able to drum ya up some answers, yet!
Keep Modeling!
