Greeting all,

Some pictures from Glen on the possible alternatives for the light on the Lighthouse:

Any thoughts on the style?

Cheers

Hey Alan!
I'm siding with my swamp buddy Gator here, mate, and gonna say number two as well. . .definitely more stylish and accurate, IMHO.

And by the way, (sorry Al, a bit off topic), Gator, your banners get better and better, Bro! I love this one!

Cheers!

Hy Alan

This is just my opinion but if the structure from the first picture is your light house then I would use something simple.
The dome in the second picture in my opinion is a littel to fancy for that size. I have seen this kind of domes only on lighthouses which are atleast 35m tall.
It all depends really where the setting is whwter it is an part of an older city or some military base.

Anyway just my opinion but thought i should give you other view on the matter.

Hi Anti,

My subcontractor :-) :-) :-) (aka Cheyenne) has settled on the second version, which I think will fit the building as it's a 1700/1800s pier coming into the 20th centurary, so there is a mix of materials and styles.

I think it will be just fine as there is still a small roof to go on the Generator room. I'll post some more pictures as work progresses.

Thanks for the feedback.

Cheers

Al
