Greetings all,

I was wondering how many vehicles the LCT Mk 3 could carry, from the pics I've seen it looks like about 3 tanks or 4 trucks?

Does anyone have any links to the Landing Craft Tank Mk 1, 2 or 3 I'd be interested in finding out the spec of these craft. I have had a look on IWM for some pics but wanted to know a lot more about the vessels.

The Mk 4 and 5 are the monsters but the 1,2 and 3 seem like a bigger, broader version of the LCM 3.

Cheers

Al

Hi Kenny,

Thanks for that link. The LCT 1 might be the one I'm think off.

Cheers

Hi Kenny,

Very interesting site, the focus seems to be on the LCT 4 and 5 but there is a lot of interesting data there. Thanks again.

Any other links folks?

Cheers

Hi Kenny,

Thanks again. I think I may be confusing the size of the boats.

I'll go back and check on IWM just to make sure it wasn't a different scale of drawing I saw, but the Mk V looks the smallest, yet I thought either the Mk I or 3 was?

All a question of perception :-) :-) :-)

Thanks again, I'll google for more info.

Cheers

Al
