Leyte Gulfers, how's your build going? I can't be the only one building and posting. Let's see some photos please.
Here's my LCC from the USS Knox.
The interior is painted and weathered. The radio table is installed.
And the shell of the armored cabin is built. Now I need to finish all the small pieces in the front.

Aarrrrggggg! 20 lash with a wet noodle!
No problem. Remember my original entry is drydocked because of the finger. Matter of fact, so is my 1st back up entry. :-)

Kenny is that table made of plastic or real wood? Looks really good.
Sadly I still won’t be starting mine until after Christmas.

Aye, she made of wood and stained with a marker. I got brave enough to fire up the tablesaw again and cut a piece of 3/4 pine the right width (with the cut piece on the left hand side).

Wow. Thats thin for a tablesaw.
Turned out real good.

I should have pictures of the kit up Christmas day and will hopefully start on her then as well. May even be able to write up a review of the kit as I go.

Shoot, no hill for a stepper. Remember Jake, I'm the guy that likes to trim his finger nails with a table saw. :-) :-)
I just marked the board with the piece I need on the waste side of the blade and the let 'er rip. I cut a long enough piece to cut the best section and the sand it smooth.
