Hi all,

Here are a few photos showing the progress made on the type XXIII/240 conversions I am building at the present, as you can see they are now in grey primer awaiting some minor touch ups before going into paint.

Yes Skipper I did replace the moulded hand rail on both of these.

Very nice indeed. Pray tell, what was the reason for the sail conversion on the actual submarine?

Ahoy Pete,

They are looking great!..... I am still looking for color references.....just B&W
so far so I can't confirm shades but definetly seem darker the original XXIII.

Will keep you informed.
