Hi Shipmates
On 7 Dec 1941, Five Japanese mini-subs attempted to attack Pearl Harbour.
On 31 May 1942, Three more attacked Sydney Harbour, Australia. Two were sunk in the harbour. The third was not heard of again - until yesterday. Instead of leaving the harbour and heading south to its RV, the two guys inside headed north, away from their mother-ship.
It's rediscovery was announced last night.
It was found in 17mr/53' of water, off Long Reef. The remains of the two sailors are believed to be still inside.
