Seasonal greetings to you all,

I have attached a few shots of my recently completed type II in 1/400 scale, as you can see I have choosen to mount the three 1/400 scale U-Boots I have finished so far onto the same base which is enhanced by a small replica of the U-Boot arm badge, for this I am very much in debt to Joe Passaseo, a BIG thanks Joe.

I would like to wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

PeteV

They look pretty good. I've al;ways been a fan of the type II. Its like the black sheep of the uboats.

That is a very nice display concept. and well executed as well. I didn't realize there was such a difference in size between a type VII and a type IX. Thanks for sharing!!

Ahoy Pete,

Great work Pete!
I really like the presentation. Very nice use of paint shades; creates real nice
tonal range between the types.

Cheers,
Joe

Hi all,

Due to the fact that I work with Pete I get to see his models first hand.

This example is really nice. As usual the photos don’t do them justice.
The detail is amazing.
Like the photos show, you can get different effects from looking at different angles.

This was a really great idea. Nice one pete.

All the best

Hi Pete

Again, excellent craftmanship - any chance of making a dozen of photos for a MOD Feature?
