Ahoy Shipmates
Not sure if this is the correct place to raise this question and please correct me if I am wrong how ever I know that several of the more active and prominent members of this forum (I exclude myself from this esteemed group) kindly took a lot of time to post a bit about about themselves in "The Pirates Cove" section .
I personally love reading this mini bios it gives me a little insight into people contributing to the forum.
I am just querying in the interests of building comradeship, comunnity spirit etc whether there maybe a better place to have those introductions placed. One for new members to read and two to add their own liitle piece.
I am unsure if they are read and how many people actually visit "The Pirates Cove".
Please be aware this is a question to stimulate feedback and discussion and in no way or form a criticism of the current situation.
Regards
Sean

Ahoy, Sean!
I LOVE feedback and discussion, mate...To expand on the Pirates Cove topic, my friend, basically, we started that thread when MSW was very young, and we were experimenting with different thread posts in that forum...we kinda un-officially decided to use it as an "off topic" type forum, until the forum was put to use as Jim S. intended it to be used for (which would REALLY be nice if we could!!)...if you would like to start another introductions thread, mate, then go for it!!!
I like to hear details about our forum members as well, just helps to bring our friendly community here tighter...
Cheers,
~Gunny

Fordboy,
I think that would be a great idea. I have gone to "pirate’s cove" section but not very often (apologies to the forum god's) I mainly stay in our shipwright's area and less time in the network areas.
