I found a link to the intelligence reports called "the mission to Japan"
where the americans assessed the japanese technology.
original posting (i.e. where I got it from) is www.betasom.it
it contains large volumes about japanese ships, subs, guns,
torpedo's, landing craft etc.
I'm quite pleased with this find. hope you are too.
